So, clearly I was all in tonight on dinner. I also made the hot sauce.
- 4-6 Thai red chilis
- 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, diced
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Add vinegar and sugar together and set aside
Heat oil in small pan over medium heat. Add chilies, 1/2 garlic and shallots. Cook until sizzles. Once sizzling, count to 10 and then remove from heat.
Add everything to a blender and mix until sauce forms.
Put in small jar and refrigerate until needed.
